Sales made online in the shop are subject to these terms of sale and any order placed by the buyer implies acceptance of the provisions contained below.
1. Terms of bids:
The Shop reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions of sale.
The items offered for sale in The Store are presented and detailed so that all consumers will be able to know the essential characteristics of products they would buy (Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code). The photos that illustrate the description of items are provided for information only and are not contractual.
Prices are in euros and are exclusive of postage.
Prices are not subject to VAT (VAT not applicable, Art. 293b of CGI)
The store reserves the right to revise prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at time of order and, subject to availability on that date.
The shipping method and shipping costs are based on the area of destination of the order.
The ordered goods are paid cash and without discount, the payment method is chosen by the buyer from those proposed by the shop:
Payments are secure and are made through Paypal or credit card. The coordinates of the credit card is encrypted under the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never transmitted unencrypted over the network.
The shop does not have access to the details disclosed. As a result these details are not stored on servers and are back for each new transaction on the site.
5. Shipment of the order - Delivery:
All orders are shipped by the Post Office tracking mode (Max Letter, Letter Followed priority mail) for France and for Priority Registered Postexport or other countries.
The items listed on the site are in stock and orders are processed daily Monday through Friday. Orders are usually processed within 72 hours working after receiving your payment, plus delivery times.
The delivery period is variable to that required for mail to the Post. Generally, for France, the delivery is between 48 and 72 hours from the date of shipment. For Europe should be provided within approximately one week.
We can not accept the consequences due to a delay in processing or routing. Delays can not justify the cancellation of the order or cause damages

6. Return an item (S.A.V., withdrawal ...):

We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage during transportation. The return must be made by registered mail with signature. Return costs are charged to the customer.

The coordinates of the after sales service are the same as your invoice.
Products are guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise indicated. The warranty takes effect from the date of delivery. Under this warranty, the only obligation of the seller will be a free replacement or repair the product or component found defective by its services. Any product that will benefit from the guarantee must be previously submitted to after sales service which the Agreement is required for any replacement. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 8. Retention of title:
According to law No. 80335 of May 12, 1980, The Shop reserves ownership of delivered goods until full payment of their price.

These general conditions of sale are governed by French law.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of orders will be reviewed with the utmost care and will be subject to a proposed settlement immediately. In case of unresolved dispute between the shop and the buyer, only the Commercial Court in Toulon will be competent in the matter.
